Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Sales Executive to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (India). This full-time, on-site role requires an individual with a robust background in IT sales and account management. The successful candidate will focus on lead generation, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication and negotiation with clients. A proven history of achieving sales targets is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Lead generation and prospecting - Managing and nurturing client accounts - Effective communication and negotiation with clients - Achieving and exceeding sales targets - Developing lasting client relationships. Qualifications: Education: BBA/MBA with a focus on IT (Computer Hardware/Software) Sales Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role (Preference for candidates with experience in IT System Integration) Domain: IT Sales Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (India) (Must be willing to travel within India) Skills: - Proven experience in IT sales and account management - Strong track record of sales target achievement - Excellent lead generation skills - Superior communication and negotiation abilities - In-depth knowledge of IT product sales (both hardware and software) - Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field - Experience in IT hardware and software sales within a similar industry is an advantage - Preference for candidates with experience in IT project and cybersecurity product sales - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Additional Skills (Beneficial): - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics - Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and issues effectively. - Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction - Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients - Negotiation Skills: Advanced negotiation skills to close deals and maximize sales opportunities - Market Research: Skills in conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities - Networking knowledge - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Experience with industrial automation system integrators and OEMs Why Join Us At Techvivid Systems, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions.
