    Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to understand client requirements and provide exceptional service. Location: Bhandup, Mumbai Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and concerns. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to clients, based on their needs. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their retention and growth. Regularly monitor and analyze clients" usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions to meet clients" needs and objectives. Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating client requirements. Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring timely response to client inquiries and requests. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations, as required. Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing company products/services. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors" activities. Gather client feedback and market insights to contribute to product/service enhancements and business growth strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on client satisfaction and achieving business goals. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
