    * Name of position: Corporate Sales Manager * Number of Positions: 1 * Location of Position: Gurgaon * Sourcing Location: Gurgaon * Mode of work: In office / Hybrid / Remote * Background of position (Why the company is hiring- it will help the recruiters in pitch): The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate gifting, coupled with a proven track record in strategic leadership and business development. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, foster strong relationships with corporate clients, and elevate the brand's presence in both B2B and B2C markets with minimum 10 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand market presence in both B2B and B2C segments. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate gifting sector. Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Choko Las products across different channels. Corporate Gifting Leverage expertise in corporate gifting to design and offer customized solutions for corporate clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Lead the corporate sales team in delivering exceptional service and innovative gifting solutions. Business Development Identify potential corporate clients and lead efforts to convert prospects into loyal customers. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate both B2B and B2C markets effectively. Collaborate with the product development team to create tailored offerings that meet the unique needs of corporate clients. Able to penetrate the corporate through identifying their key occasions and collaborate through different tie-ups. Operational Excellence Ensure efficient and effective operational processes to meet corporate sales objectives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the corporate sales division. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing corporate sales team. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Provide regular training and development opportunities for team members. * Required Experience level: 4-5 Years * Required Key Skills: Corporate Sales exp in Food industry * Required Qualifications: MBA- qualified(Preferred) * Good to have: B2B & B2C exp * CTC being offered: 50-80 K PM * Notice Period: Less than 30 days * Recruitment process: Number of Interviews + assessment + types of interviews (Panel/ face-to-face/online) VC & F2F * Points to remember while sourcing and screening : B2B or Corporate Sales Exp * Company Profile: Itis the pioneer in introducing pure couverture chocolates to India.
