The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation industry. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or concerns. Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys logistics services and solutions. Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions to potential clients. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Track and analyze sales performance to improve strategies and outcomes. Negotiations and Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients. Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support. Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
