    Job Summary: The Relationship Manager for Stock Broking will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing investment advice, and selling financial products. This role combines relationship management and sales to drive client engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand clients" investment needs and objectives to provide personalized service. Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss their portfolios and investment strategies. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the client base. Promote and sell a range of financial products, including stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and other investment options. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Investment Advisory: Provide clients with informed and timely advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and risk management. Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to clients" financial goals. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, efficient, and personalized service. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and financial news. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support investment recommendations. Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance. Implement risk management practices to safeguard clients" investments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM) preferred. Proven experience in relationship management and sales within the stock broking industry. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic investment advice. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
