Job Title: Sr. Power BI Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Developer to join our Delivery & Customer Success department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI solutions to meet our clients" business intelligence needs. The Power BI Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Power BI solutions.

Key Responsibility:
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for Power BI solutions.
 Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and Power BI reports and dashboards.
 Optimize and enhance existing Power BI solutions to improve performance and usability.
 Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
 Create visually appealing and user-friendly reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Power BI solutions.
 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI solutions.
 Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Power BI development.

Basic Qualification
 Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 6-8 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
 Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
 Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
 Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Skill sets we require:
 Proficiency in creating complex data models using Power BI.
 Expertise in using Power Query & Power Apps for data transformation.
 Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated columns, measures, and custom tables
 Ability to connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
 Experience with data integration tools and techniques (ETL processes)
 Proficiency in managing Power BI workspaces, datasets, and dataflows.
 Experience with setting up and configuring Power BI gateways.
 Understanding of Power BI security features, including row-level security (RLS)
 Skill sets & ability to quickly learn any BI tools & not limited to Power BI,
