- Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy
Identify, qualify, and convert potential clients into long-term HR partnerships
Build and maintain a strong network within the HR or recruitment industry
Manage the efficient and effective onboarding of new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development within the HR or recruitment industry (Previous recruitment agency/firm experience a plus)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Research and maintain lead generation database
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of HR industry trends and best practices
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
