Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of cutting-edge energy solutions. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
