Motion Graphics Artist

Key Responsibilities:
 As a Motion Graphics Artist, develop and execute innovative concepts to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and motion graphics for a variety of projects.
 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining company quality standards.
 Plan and design content according to client requirements, ensuring the final product adheres to company policies and standards.
 Stay updated with the latest techniques and procedures in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
 Utilize and learn the latest AI tools to enhance design efficiency and quality.
 Collaborate with colleagues across various locations and departments to achieve project goals.
 Apply strong creative, artistic, and analytical approaches to solve complex design challenges.
 Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
 2+ years of experience working in motion graphics.
 Strong video editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
 Experience with designing advertisements is a plus.
 Ability to quickly understand concepts and bring ideas to life through motion graphics and video content.
 Strong track record of meeting deadlines.
 Ability to work independently and find ways to improve processes and content.
 Result-driven and able to complete tasks with tight timelines.
 Minimum of 1 year work experience with Adobe After Effects.
 Experience in 3D preferred, but not mandatory.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and Tamil.
 Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a MUST.
