Role Description This is a full-time on-site role at our Bengaluru office for a Sales Account Manager. Objectives of this role Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships Responsibilities Managing accounts portfolio to achieve long-term success Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions Overseeing account representatives to boost sales Making regular reports on sales performance Making suggestions to improve sales performance Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Required skills and qualifications Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills (verbal and written) Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager Good product knowledge Knowledge about CRM and MS Office Product demonstration Excellent negotiation skills Displaying professionalism Being target driven and highly motivated Ability & ready to travel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the technology industry is a plus Proven success rate at levels above sales quota BA/BSc degree in Marketing Business or a related field ,
