Ability to build strategic relationships and build new contacts with executive leadership/decision makers from client organizations . Strong consultative sales, communication, people and relationship skills. Strong follow-through and proven ability to negotiate and close the deals. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Knowledge of lead generation, CRM, and MS office solutions . Responsibilities Analyze the territory/markets potential and determine sales and marketing strategies. Create customer leads and reach out through cold calling, emails, meetings, etc for generating sales Present, promote and sell (including cross-sell and upsell) IT solutions, products and services to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and demand analyses of existing and potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships for growing sales. Prepare and deliver sales pitches and facilitating product demonstrations . Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Track and report sales leads, targets and performance metrics reports Track and renew existing service contracts. Coordinate sales effort with pre-sales, delivery and other team members and departments Supply management with reports on industry trends, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Experience in working on large deals will be a plus.,
