Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at The Mad Brothers. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and developing marketing strategies. They will also be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and presenting proposals to clients.

Qualifications

Strong business development and sales experience

Experience in brand solutions/sales/marketing/Influencer marketing

Agency experience is a must

1-2 yrs minimum in getting brands leads

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Experience in digital marketing or advertising

Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis

Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies

Strong presentation and proposal writing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus,
