We are looking for a motivated, proactive, energetic, passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Profile
Experience Required- at least 1-4 years in selling industrial PPE products / having experience in sales of industrial consumable products
Working with an industry-focused approach and good assessment of assigned territory potential at the industry level.
Have experience in ARC (Annual Rate Contract) negotiations with B2B customers
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and driven
Male candidate prefers from Industrial Safety, Personal Protective Equipment Sector.
Job description
1) Managing Channel & B2B business for Safety products category.
2) End-to-end business cycle management, right from lead generation to closing of orders
3) Increase sales using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
4) Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
5) Have experience in participating in Tenders, Price locking, and Annual Rate Contract (ARC) and negotiations with B2B customers.
6) Provide pro-active Techno- commercial support to dealers/distributors and their team. If required appoint new dealers.
7) Maintaining customer database in the business funnel and worked with an industry-focused approach.
8) Channelized market promotional activities in assigned territory and ensuring product reach to all potential customers.
9) Coordinating with supporting departments to deliver the best service to channel & B2B customers.
10) Arranging safety programs/trainings/marketing events with industrial customers to create demand.
11) Able to independently drive the Sales Revenue.
12) Meet personal and team sales targets
