We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The Assistant Project Managers responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed promptly on time and within budgets.
Responsibilities
Understanding all the details of the client project that you would assigned to.
Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
Ensuring completion of any tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Support the Project Manager in administrative tasks such as estimations, invoicing, meeting scheduling etc.
Requirement and Skills
Prior work experience in project management in the construction industry.
Proficiency in project management softwares
Highly organised with attention to details and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and oversee multiple project activities.
Excellent presentation skills
Relevant training or certifications in Project Managemant
