Education Qualification:
 Graduation

Job Description:
 Outbound calls to explain our product features and how to utilize them to the best extent, while resolving customer queries
 Calling the potential candidates and generate business.
 Making reminder calls and handling follow ups.
 Retain and renew customers, and maximize revenue by up-selling
 Build a strong relationship with customers by understanding their requirement over call and suggesting the right product to them
 Dealing with customers inquiries and orders.
 Providing end to end support for the new & existing clients.
 Reaching the targets and goals set for your team.

Key Requirements
 2+ Years of telesales or outbound sales or cold calling experience
 Experience in eLearning/EdTech will be an added advantage.
 Strong track record of success in building effective customer service.
 Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
