As a Sales Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our IVF services, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting leads into clients. *Responsibilities:** 1. **Developing Marketing Strategies:** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to target audiences and market trends in the fertility industry. 2. **Lead Generation:** Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and strategic partnerships. 3. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by providing personalized attention, addressing inquiries, and offering support throughout their journey with our IVF centre. 4. **Sales Presentations:** Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to educate prospective clients about our services, explain treatment options, and address any concerns or questions they may have. 5. **Conversion and Follow-up:** Guide potential clients through the decision-making process, follow up on leads promptly, and facilitate the conversion of leads into booked appointments or treatment cycles. 6. **Market Research:** Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. 7. **Data Analysis:** Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance. 8. **Event Participation:** Represent the IVF centre at industry conferences, trade shows, and community events to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster partnerships. *Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or fertility industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales. - Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools. - Knowledge of reproductive health and fertility treatments is desirable but not required. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
