- Key Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of the company's technological solutions, products, and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the company's offerings.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base.
Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities through effective communication and solution selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending appropriate technology solutions to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's technology solutions.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product capabilities and limitations.
Coordinate with technical experts to customize solutions and address client-specific requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
Track sales activities and maintain detailed records using CRM software.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Continuously monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to achieve goals.
Gather market feedback and insights from client interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and competitive landscape.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and industry professionals.
Represent the company professionally and enhance its reputation within the industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in techno-marketing or business development within the IT industry.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT solutions and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
