    Urgently required Ed-Tech Business Development Manager (Onsite) for an IT Training Company in Noida. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience in the ed-tech industry only need apply. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to stay ahead in the market. Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals. Collaborate with senior management to align business development plans with overall business strategy. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and outreach. Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction. Conduct presentations and meetings with potential and existing clients to promote the company's products or services. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure a steady flow of business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts. Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights for product improvements. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and financial targets. Analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
