Senior Python Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Python development, along with excellent communication and management skills. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting team members, ensuring the success of various projects, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications and scripts.
 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
 Review and optimize code for efficiency, performance, and scalability.
 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
 Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
 Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery.
 Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
 Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
 Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django(Mandatory), Flask & FastAPI).
 Proven experience in guiding and mentoring team members.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
 Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
 Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
 Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
 Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
