Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our projects, enhance brand awareness, and drive lead generation. The role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and generate leads.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.

- Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation targets.

- Monitor key performance metrics and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Oversee the company's social media presence and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.

- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.

- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing tools and technologies and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
