Location: Khatodara GIDC, Surat

Salary: 16,000 to 18,000 INR per month
Work Hours (Male): 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Work Hours (Female): 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Executives with experience in Indiamart sales to join our team at [Textile Company Name]. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and client acquisition on the Indiamart platform.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through the Indiamart platform.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote our textile products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets to meet company objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery of products.
Keep abreast of competitor activities, market developments, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the textile industry.
Proven track record of success in sales and client acquisition on the Indiamart platform.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
For male candidates, willingness to work from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM; for female candidates, willingness to work from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
