Sr Full Stack Python React AWS Lambda Expert

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Full Stack Python React AWS Lambda Expert.

Job Responsibilities
 Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable code using AWS Lambda, Python, React.js and similar frameworks with REST APIs
 Own and be accountable for smooth and effective design and delivery of solutions as per book of work.
 Collaborate with product owners, business managers, QA and other developers to understand user requirements and develop high-quality software solutions.
 Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable AWS serverless code using Python
 Develop, deploy and maintain documentation on processes, data flows, and data dictionary.
 Design, develop, unit test, deployment, support of features and fixes.
 Collaborate with QA team and client liaison for quality assurance
 Troubleshooting and maintenance of the platform
 Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, take ownership of product architecture & code quality
 Design and develop responsive web applications with a focus on user experience and cross-browser compatibility
 Collaborate with product owners, business managers and other developers to understand user requirements and develop high-quality software solutions with intuitive visually appealing interfaces
 Optimize application performance and implement best practices
 Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
 Strong Communication Skills
 Implement state management using Redux

Qualifications
 8+ years experience in an engineering role, 3+ years experience as a Lead
 8+ years experience with design/ development of web applications and backend services with RESTful APIs, database systems/ NoSQL / SQL / DynamoDb
 6+ years Experience in ReactJS, Redux, Material UI/Bootstrap, consuming backend microservices
 7+ years experience in Python.
 3+ years Experience with IaC tools such as CDK, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
 3+ years Experience with designing, developing, deploying AWS Serverless solutions with Python & AWS Lambda.
 Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins
 Experience in testing frameworks like pytest, Cypress, Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine
 2+ years hands-on experience with step functions and Event workflows
 Good Git version control skills with Github
 Familiarity with Chart.js and advanced JavaScript concepts
 Hands-on with designing high-throughput, scalable APIs
 Knowledge of best practice such as Design patterns, DevOps, TDD, performance optimization, and state management.
 An understanding of agile development practices
 Understanding of responsive UX design principles
 Understanding of web security and security best practices in API development
 Good code craftsmanship and software design skills
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
