Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Channel Account Manager at Square Yards. The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for managing channel sales, developing business plans, expanding sales channels, fostering relationships with channel partners, and driving overall sales growth within the assigned territory.
Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for Western Mumbai and Thane zone
and driving sales through them.
2. Channel Management -Sourcing Deals from Channel Partners for New Home Sales.
3. Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the allocated micro-market
4. Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs by providing support and maximize business
from set of identified channel partners and continuously adding to base of engaged channel
partners.
5. Identifying right sets of channel partners to work on focused projects.
6. Be up to date with the micro-market news, aware of competition (new projects launches,
schemes, incentives, inventory, etc)
7. Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events
8. Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs
Qualifications
Business Planning and Account Management skills
Experience in Channel Sales and Sales strategies
Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with Channel Partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in the real estate or property industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field,
