Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team at Recrutory. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and client relationship management within the recruitment industry. As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales team in various tasks, contribute to client acquisition efforts, and play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Support Sales Activities: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow client relationships. Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information. Support lead generation campaigns and initiatives. Sales Support: Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other sales materials. Assist in coordinating and organizing sales events and meetings. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in sales, account management, and the recruitment industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
