Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Maarg Technologies. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding client needs, promoting products, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in account management and customer relationship building
Knowledge of industrial technologies and solutions
Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Experience in the Industrial sector is a plus,
