    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for interior design. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the interior design industry. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and present suitable design solutions. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with the design team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth. Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the interior design industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
