Experience working with agile teams delivering technical solutions.
You possess excellent communication and people -interaction skills and can rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization.
You demonstrate a continuous improvement approach.
You are a proven change agent capable of coaching agile practices to teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences, and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations.
Ability to perform independently and under pressure of time constraints.
Proven ability to manage multiple scrum teams simultaneously in a deadline driven process.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements to deliver more efficiently.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent desired.
PMACP certification desired
Advanced TFS and Jira experience and knowledge of agile practice,
