Job Description:
As an IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our information technology products and services to potential clients. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing suitable solutions, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage the sales process from initial contact to closure.
Client Consultation:
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their IT needs and challenges.
Present and demonstrate IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and ROI.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Market Research and Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
