Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Executive Specialist at E Virtual Services located in Noida. You will be responsible for providing secretarial assistance, conductinBusiness Research/ Plans and Social Media Management, handling customer service tasks, data entry, and maintaining databases.
Qualifications and Requirement:
Customer Support, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills
Proficient in office administration, personal assistance and business relationships.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Manage and prioritize executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence.
Managing emails and answering phone calls on remote servers.
Managing all the social media activities and preparing all the relative content.
Organizing database and managing ongoing newsletter email campaigns.
Oversee office operations, streamline administrative procedures, and supervise administrative staff.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and presentations.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, travel coordination tools
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
