Job Summary:*
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the companys reach.
Requirements:*
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in new business development and the B2B industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
