Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Agent at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
 Graduates and under graduates
 Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
 Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
 Customer Experience management
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
 Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
 Proficiency in relevant software applications
 Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
