Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adjust strategies accordingly. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Provide guidance, support, and training to help team members achieve their sales targets and professional development goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance against targets. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales progress, forecasts, and trends. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to streamline operations and maximize efficiency. Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use market insights to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or consulting industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to travel as needed.
