Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The executive will play a key role in driving the growth of our business and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize sales tools and techniques to identify opportunities and engage with prospects effectively.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase products/services and address any queries or concerns.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients and follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve any issues that may arise.
4.Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
