Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Inside Sales Consultant to join our team, specializing in precious gemstones. This is a unique opportunity to engage with high-net-worth clients in the luxury market and drive sales in a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
 Cultivate and maintain deep, trusting relationships with new and existing high-net-worth clients.
 Provide expert guidance on the selection and purchase of precious gemstones, ensuring client satisfaction across email, chat, and phone interactions.
 Assist clients during in-person office visits, offering personalized service.
 Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends.

Qualifications:
 Preferred: Experience in Gems & Jewellery.
 Minimum of 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the luxury market or high Average Order Value (AOV) sales.
 Proven experience in B2C sales.
 Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
 In-depth understanding of the luxury market and high-net-worth clientele.
 Preferred: Proven inside sales experience (outstanding exceptions will be considered).
 Pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
 Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Salary band: 4.8 LPA to 7.2 LPA
