Reservation Management:
- Assist customers in making hotel reservations by identifying suitable options based on their preferences and requirements.
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Confirm reservations and send booking confirmations to customers via email or other communication channels.
- Process special requests, such as room preferences or additional services, and ensure these are communicated to the hotel.

Cancellation & Modifications:
- Handle requests for cancellation or modification of existing reservations, adhering to the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Process refunds or adjustments as needed, and inform customers about any applicable fees or penalties.
- Update and manage reservation records in the system to reflect changes or cancellations accurately.

Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to reservations, cancellations, and hotel services through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Provide timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer recommendations and advice to enhance the customer experience.

Compliance & Procedures:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while handling reservations and cancellations.
- Stay informed about changes in hotel policies, reservation systems, and industry trends.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care.
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, reservations, or a similar role is preferred or fresher
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate global time zones.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptable and able to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in resolving issues.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- This position may require working in shifts to cover different time zones.
