Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in coordinating medical services and driving business development initiatives to further expand our reach in the healthcare sector.

Business Development Manager  Offline Sales / Online Sales

Patients Engagement and Relationship Building:

Initiate and maintain contact with potential patients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Sales Process Management:

Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Ensure accurate and timely follow-up with leads and patients.

Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Customize sales pitches and presentations to address specific patient pain points and objectives.

Market Insights and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on patients interactions.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Continuously monitor and track progress towards sales goals.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate.

3-5 years of experience in medical coordination or business development within the healthcare or medical industry.

Strong understanding of healthcare surgeries and related services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
