Senior Kotlin Engineer

We are looking for at least 5 years experienced Senior Kotlin Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge Kotlin Multi-Platform (KMP) applications. Your experience in Kotlin-based development will be crucial in helping us create high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly Android and Linux based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop Kotlin Multi-Platform (KMP) applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

 Collaborate on architecture and design with cross-functional teams.

 Maintain code quality, conduct code reviews, and optimize performance.

 Create and maintain unit/integration tests for reliability.

 Integrate RESTful APIs, Socket APIs, and hardware like Bluetooth/BLE.

 Ensure intuitive user interfaces for a seamless experience.

 Continuously optimize applications and implement security best practices.

 Stay updated on Kotlin trends, tools, and technologies.

 Document code, designs, and development processes comprehensively.

Qualifications:

 Minimum 5 years of Kotlin-based Android development experience.

 Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

 Proficiency in Android SDK, Android Studio, and KMP technologies (e.g., Jetpack Compose, Ktor).

 Experience with modern architectural patterns and RESTful APIs.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Familiarity with Git, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.

 Portfolio showcasing Android and KMP applications is preferred.

 Optional: Familiarity with scripting languages and embedded hardware platforms is a plus.
