As an integral part of our growing global technology team, you will collaborate to ensure the best-in class quality of the product.

Further, You Will
 Engage in fast-paced agile development team(s) and organize, manage, execute work with minimal supervision.
 Participate with the stakeholders and team on requirements understanding, test design (test plans, test cases), planning (estimates, milestones) and execution. Detect defects early to keep the technical debt of the product to the minimal.
 Participate in functional, integration, system, security and compliance testing. Build deep understand of the platform and engage in data analysis to troubleshoot problems.
 Engage in validation of features, modules and real-world facilities / assets.
 Participate in test automation to improve accuracy and velocity of the deliverables for a SaaS product.
 Provide necessary technical documentation to enable visibility and maintainability of the infrastructure.
 Play an integral role in acquiring and learning technology / domain trends, expertise, and best practices to keep the teams collective knowledge up to date.

To Be a Fit For This Position, You Have

Education
 Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Petroleum / Chemical / Computer Science / IT) from a reputed university with an excellent academic record.
 Any relevant certifications on technology / processes from reputed sources is a plus.

Work Experience
 4-8 years of relevant industry experience. Experience working on SaaS products in Energy / Oil & Gas domain is a definitive plus.
 2-4 years of experience working in distributed agile developments. Experience working in international teams is relevant.

Technical Skills
 Strong ability to understand complex application requirements, workflows and features to provide functional test design (comprehensive test plans and cases) is essential.
 Strong experience with Functional, User Interface, System, Integration and Regression testing for web applications is essential. Experience with Security, Accessibility and Compliance testing is a plus.
 Experience with E2E testing for SaaS products or applications is a definitive plus.
 Strong experience with bug life cycle management, ability to analyze and prioritize defects is essential.
 Experience with Azure DevOps Test Management or similar other test management systems is essential.
 Hands-on experience / academic knowledge with test automation for User Interface / API is relevant.
