Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Retention Manager at Bodycraft Salon Spa and Clinic in Gurugram. The Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, analyzing customer retention rates, improving communication strategies, and enhancing overall customer service to ensure long-term client loyalty.
