We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Manager who has the penchant to disrupt the status quo and chart out a new path for the way things get done. We have a burning desire to change the way healthcare providers service their patients. Genamet, a pioneering product in the digital Healthcare space is developed by Wisdomleaf Technologies, a 20 years old ISO 27001 software company based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the sales pipeline and maintain it.
Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan including Outbound and Inbound prospect management
Meet prospective clients (virtually/in-person as required) and execute effective product demonstrations by emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
Consult with physician practices to understand practice workflow needs and expectations
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities including opportunities to expand sales through partnerships with other organizations
Follow up with prospective clients including those sourced by the digital marketing team and close deals.
Participate in conferences, representing the company for brand awareness
Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization
Provide suggestions to improvise sales and marketing strategies
Generate new business opportunities & maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that the sales team has adequate number of qualified opportunities to work upon.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the product across geographies.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and market trends to inform product development decisions.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute to drive SEO, SMM and SEM initiation, in addition to email campaigns.
Assist in the development of engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, and online advertisements.

Experience & Education
o 2+ years of total SAAS or B2B sales experience
o Industry - Service ( Direct Sales/B2B)
o BTech, BBM, BCom, BA, and MBA
o Prior experience or internships in digital marketing or product development will be an added advantage.
