Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Type: Full-Time

Salary- 12-15k

Position Overview: As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the design team in creating engaging visuals for various media, including digital and print. You will work on a range of projects, from social media graphics to marketing materials, under the guidance of senior designers. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual looking to grow their skills and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in designing and producing visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and more.
 Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
 Prepare and edit graphics, including resizing and optimizing images for various formats and platforms.
 Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on design concepts.
 Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
 Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
 Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
 Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
 Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
 Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
