Role Description
Manager team of 4 employee based in Mumbai
Responsible for Relationship Management for Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Regional Distributors (RDs) for promoting company products and ensuring sales.
Achieving growth targets vis a vis AUM by executing the sales strategy through dedicated focus and aggressive approach towards building a strong relationship with channel partners as well as via online sales platforms.
Organizing and giving business opportunity presentations as well as to increase the customer base and ensuring far reaching presence and availability of products
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales 10 - 20 yrs.
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and trends
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the asset management industry is a must
Required candidate from Mutual Fund Industry
Budget - upto 35 LPA
Location - Mumbai,
