About Role: In this dynamic role, you will be the engine driving our online customer acquisition efforts. You will develop, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns across various channels, with a laser focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI). You will be a data whiz, able to translate complex metrics into actionable insights that optimize campaigns and fuel our growth.
Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, and email.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different digital channels to maximize return on investment while staying within budgetary constraints.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the creative and development teams to implement strategies for improving website conversion rates and user experience.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continually improve campaign performance.
Identifying Trends and Opportunities: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for performance improvement.
Audience Segmentation: Utilize data-driven insights to segment target audiences effectively and tailor marketing messages for better engagement and conversion.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Adherence to Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualification Requirements:
D2C brand experience is a must.
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or similar role.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and Shopify.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, GTM, GMC etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Experience in managing Conversion campaigns on Meta and AdWords.
Knowledge of Shopify backend and tracking parameters for conversion funnel attribution to corresponding channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.,
