Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and proficiency in various design tools. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of projects, including digital and print materials.

Responsibilities
 Design compelling graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and presentations.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet objectives.
 Create and maintain visual assets, such as logos, icons, and illustrations, ensuring consistency across all materials.
 Use industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to execute designs.
 Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.
 Work within project timelines and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
 Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into designs.
 Assist in the creation and execution of branding and marketing campaigns as needed.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role.
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
 Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
 Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and listen to feedback.
 Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
 A passion for creativity and a desire to stay updated on design trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools.
 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
 Familiarity with photography and image editing techniques.
 Experience in creating illustrations or digital art
