    Pre-Sales and Outbound Sales - Productive Play Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales and Outbound Sales professional to join Productive Play. This role involves managing inbound leads and driving outbound sales efforts to increase the visibility of our LEGO-based corporate training solutions. The ideal candidate will actively seek out new business opportunities, build partnerships, and convert leads through strategic participation in corporate events. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: Proactively identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and build relationships to generate leads. Channel Engagement: Engage with leads from various channels, including outbound efforts. Event Participation: Attend and represent Productive Play at corporate-focused events to generate and convert leads. Client Engagement: Tailor our offerings to meet client needs and ensure high conversion rates. Visibility Enhancement: Work with partners to boost the brand's visibility and market presence. CRM Management: Track and manage all leads, ensuring efficient movement through the sales funnel. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Feedback Loop: Collect and relay feedback from inbound leads to internal teams to help refine our offerings and improve overall client satisfaction. Qualifications: 2-5 years in pre-sales or sales, with experience in outbound sales. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is a must .
