Channel Sales Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Leaders for Channel Sales Development to lead and expand our dealer network across the region. The ideal candidate is passionate about home decor and furnishing, with a proven track record in developing successful sales channels and networks. This role requires a driven professional who can set and achieve high goals while fostering strong relationships with dealers, designers, and other key stakeholders in the home decor industry. Key Responsibilities:  Network Development: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with dealers, home decor stores, interior designers, and other key partners within the region to expand Life n Colors presence.  Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive channel growth and achieve sales targets.  Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within the home decor and furnishing space.  Business Development: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive dealer engagement and sales.  Performance Management: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall channel effectiveness.  Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. Qualifications:  Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel sales development, with a strong focus on the home decor or home furnishing industry.  Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the home decor and furnishing market, including key players, trends, and challenges.  Network: Established network of dealers, designers, and other relevant stakeholders within the region.
