Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Technical Support role. The role offers flexibility for some remote work, allowing employees to work partially from home. The role requires users to support our customers, answer any questions, and help them succeed in their roles. The customer support specialist will also need to help develop training materials and provide user training as required. Additional roles include providing input to the product development teams and providing any required support to marketing teams.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong technical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Experience in providing customer support and resolving inquiries efficiently
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Expert user of Microsoft Excel
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would understand Lean Six Sigma methodologies well - for example, by having completed Green Belt or Black Belt level projects. He/she should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel. Though not required, using statistical analysis packages like Minitab, SPSS, JMP, etc. would be a plus.,
