Role description

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the overall programmable Networking development & maintenance strategy, implementation roadmap and line management of the team.

Key Accountabilities:

Guide development teams on issues related to the design, development, and deployment

Leads team of developers and guides them in applying best practices in engineering development

Supports engineering development process and ensures focus on the Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration by the junior members of the team

Build partnership with stakeholders and guides them on expectations from the engineering development process

Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Bachelors in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience. Experience in leading engineering teams

Skills

Title: Java Microservices Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Exp: 4 to 8 years. In Java Microservices, Implement REST Services, Docker & Linux

Experience Required

Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming, Core Java, Junit, and J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring webflow

Hands-on experience in designing & developing complex, large scale microservices and RESTful APIs for real time responsive applications

Hands-on experience in ReactJS/Angular 7/8/9, NodeJS (knowledge of consuming third party API), HTML, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Postgres

Experience in Oracle or MS SQL or any other rational database (PostgreSQL, ORACLE, etc) and good understanding and good knowledge on database concepts

Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, CSS, HTML, Ajax, jQuery, Angular 2+.

Hands on experience with HTTP APIs design (REST) as well as with micro-services architecture.

Deep knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS), Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Automation technologies (Jenkins, New Relic, Grafana, Helm or similar).

Very good unit testing skills (JUnit, mock libraries, unit testing techniques)

You are knowledgeable in Agile & DevOps principles, experience in a distributed team environment is a plus.

Has strong End to End Software development experience

To ensure projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and scope

Experience in Managing project deliverables and prioritizing the backlog with the project team

Experience in Monitoring project progress continuously and make detailed reports on milestones and deliverables

Experience in Assigning and oversee the daily tasks and deliverables of team members

Coordinate team managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation

Highly resilient, ability to work under pressure to meet client expectations

Frequent reporting on project status & resource utilization

Manage external/internal dependencies, issues and risks effectively and creatively propose solutions to challenges

BTech/ MS in Computer Science or related fields or extensive software development experience,
