Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester (Automation) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, test automation, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-performance software products.

Experience - 3 to 5 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (automated) to ensure the quality of software products.
 Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly using bug tracking tools.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, and support) to analyze and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
 Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues.
 Implement and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing and improve efficiency.
 Perform regression testing, load testing, performance testing, and security testing as needed.
 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 3 to 5 years of experience in automation software quality assurance and testing.

 Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

 Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

 Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).

 Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python) for automation purposes.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

 Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

 Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum development environment.

Good to Have:

 ISTQB or similar QA certifications.

 Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

 Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
