Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the steel structures industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and strategically expanding market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of steel structures, market trends, and the ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives, focusing on the steel structures industry.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and concerns.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, assess industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture.

Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, presenting them to senior management regularly.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of steel structures, including technical specifications, industry standards, and applications.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the steel structures industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Language: Arabic experience is favourable
